Kimberly Johnson, PT MS CMTPT
I graduated with a masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse's Physical Therapy program in 2006. I have worked for over a decade in outpatient orthopedics with a special interest in Women's Health and Manual Therapy.
From Minnesota to Oregon to Wisconsin
I began my career working for a hospital system in Minnesota, followed by a move across the country to Southern Oregon where I was practicing in a private outpatient setting. In 2012, my husband and I came home to Wisconsin in order to raise our children near family.
Training and Certifications
I've had extensive training in women's and men's pelvic health through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. I am a certified dry needling therapist through Myopain Seminars. I am also a trained Craniosacral therapist through The Upledger Institute.
Starting my Private Practice
I have made my way into my own private practice as I feel it is how I can most thoroughly care for my patients. I truly love what I do, and feel very blessed to be able to offer my skills in a way that is completely focused on what is best for each individual I meet.
When I'm not with clients...
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending most of my time chasing my five young kiddos. We love all things outdoors....soccer, baseball, fishing, hiking. I also really enjoy running, lifting weights, reading, gardening, and have recently taken up guitar lessons. Life is very busy, but I do strive each day to find balance between the work that I love and the family that I love.
