Pelvic Health Treatment
Pelvic floor physical therapy involves the pelvic floor muscle group, which is responsible for a variety of essential functions. These muscles support the pelvic organs, assist in bowel and bladder control, and are a core component of sexual wellbeing.
Individualized treatment plans are developed to meet the specific pelvic floor needs of the client. Treatment to reduce pain or retrain muscles may include pelvic floor muscle training, biofeedback, soft tissue release, and education. Exercises to manage the condition at home will also be recommended.
If you are experiencing any of the pelvic health conditions listed to the right, please contact me to discuss your treatment options.
